We are asked all the time, "what should I mix chia with and how long should I let it sit?" Tobias says he mixes one packet of WingFoot in about 10 ounces of cold water, stirs it and drinks it about 3 minutes later. I usually mix 2 packets in the same amount of water before I go to bed, let it sit out on the counter all night and have it for the healthiest breakfast I know of in the morning.
You have to find the right consistency for your own personal taste. I recently added the Orange WingFoot to mango nectar. It tasted great and got so thick I actually ended up adding water to it. I thought that, for people who don't love the "gel" feeling that chia seeds create, fruit nectar might be perfect. Nectars are already thick so you don't notice the chia once you have stirred it and maybe added a little water. This might also be a good way for kids to drink chia fresca.
